Merger Update

On July 1, 2026, Stellar Bancorp, Inc., the parent holding company of Stellar Bank, merged into Prosperity Bancshares, Inc., the parent company of Prosperity Bank, and Stellar Bank merged into Prosperity Bank to become one of the largest banks headquartered in Texas with 330 banking centers throughout Texas and Oklahoma.
