Lending
Lending
Support customers through the commercial and personal loan process — from initial meetings to underwriting and ongoing relationship management.
Develop skills in: financial data and credit risk management, customer service and business development
Gain exposure to banking operations — including loan documentation, audits, compliance, and presenting in loan committees.
Track:
- ODP (21 months)

Eligibility
Officer Development Program
Officer Development Program
- New graduates from accredited undergraduate or graduate programs
- At least 9 hours of accounting course work
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in our Houston, TX, Greenway Plaza or Beaumont office and across our banking centers.
- Two start dates per year: January/February 2026 and June 2026
- Open to interns, new graduates and Stellar Bank employees.
